Common questions, answered.
Will it damage my paving?+
No. We adjust the pressure, nozzle and technique to the surface, block paving, natural stone, porcelain, concrete and tarmac each need a different approach. We've never damaged a customer's paving and we're fully insured for peace of mind.
Is it safe for pets, children and plants?+
Yes. Any treatments we use are pet, plant and child-safe once dry. We rinse all flower beds and borders thoroughly before we leave.
Do I need to be home?+
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the area to be cleaned and an outdoor tap, we can carry out the work while you're at work.
How long does it take?+
Most driveways take 2–4 hours. Larger jobs or those with sealing add-ons may take a full day. We'll give you a clear time estimate when we confirm your booking.
How long does it stay clean?+
A standard clean keeps a driveway looking great for 12–18 months in most cases. With our moss & algae treatment that extends to 18–24 months. With sealing, 2–4 years.
Do you re-sand block paving, what is sealing?+
Re-sanding means brushing fresh kiln-dried sand into the joints between blocks to stabilise the paving after washing. Sealing is a breathable coating that deepens colour, hardens the joint sand and protects against oil, weather and weed regrowth.
What areas do you cover?+
West Sussex and the surrounding areas, Chichester, Worthing, Crawley, Horsham, Bognor Regis, Brighton & Hove, Portsmouth, Guildford and everything between. See our areas page or pop your postcode into the quote tool to check.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major debit and credit cards via Stripe, plus bank transfer. An optional small deposit secures your slot, the balance is paid on completion.
Can you fix sunken slabs, broken blocks or loose edging?+
Yes. Our team comes from an installer background, so alongside cleaning we can handle small repairs such as re-laying sunken areas, replacing broken blocks, re-pointing joints and sorting loose edging. Send a photo via WhatsApp or the contact form and we'll quote it alongside the clean.
